Experion may be the source??

Today I received another call from "Name not found" AKA "Card Services", caller ID# 212-000-0005 (Manhattan area code).

I decided to take a few minutes today - just for fun - to press 1 to speak with a friendly customer service representative.  The gentleman answered with "Card Services" and didn't give his name but he was friendly for a change.  They're often rude when I begin questioning them.

He told me that "my profile shows that I have paid my credit cards on time for the past 6 months".  I asked where he got this information.  He replied, "Experian". http://www.experian.com/.  I tried calling the phone number listed on their website - no luck speaking with anyone to get on their "do not call list".  I did a google search and found several forums related to contacting them.  I tried several other phone numbers but no luck!  What a surprise!!!!!!

When I called Experian, one of the recorded messages asked for my SS# - what? - no way!

New robo caller Ann for "Card Services"

AKA - credit card scammers!

I haven't received many calls lately and tired a little of the fight.

Apparently, "Rachel", the robo caller was getting a bad rap.  Recently, I've gotten 2 calls from Ann instead.

The caller ID # was 417-800-2333 (Missouri area code), caller ID name was Card Services.

"Ann" left a very sweet message about this being my last notice!...federal stimulus dollars!...lower your credit card rate!...press 1 and no option if I don't want any more calls!!!!!
